A great start! The list format is fine. I think we'd all rather issues were worked on rather than documented to the n'th degree.

Keep them short and simple, but keep them coming!

As opposed to the Multi-Faction anti-social areas those nice Dentist fellows found?
Will it be a location previously mentioned in the lore (Parliament, Nimbus III) or somewhere else entirely?

Color me impressed. If this all comes to fruition in less than 6 months I can tell you the game goes from a 5.5/10 to me to a 7/10.

Although can someone tell me what:

Pretty sure they mean character, like the Gamestop Deluxe with the Connie can be used by all your alts, but not being able to have 8 of them on the same character

I notice a distinct lack of balance and gameplay mechanics changes in the list. Does this mean that no changes along those lines are being considered currently, or that balance tweaks are not appropriate for an Engineering Report and simply will not appear here?
