Now the key is to keep those customers by fixing the major content issues that the boards clearly reflect. All this shows is Cryptic made a crapload of money off initial sales. What percentage of those customers will cancel after 30 days? That will be a statistic that will be much more telling. Excitement over the Star Trek IP only can carry you so far.
