Closed Beta, Here We Come!

So on 9/24 I put in a ticket on the CO support page asking "I am a life time subscriber to Champions, with that came the Star trek closed beta, now is that a guaranteed spot or a "chance" at a closed beta spot?"

Customer service response was:
Hi, The invite does guarantee you a spot, and but not until Closed Beta begins. At this time, there has been no determination on when Closed Beta will begin, but keep your eyes open on the STO forums and the main startrekonline.com page. Please know though, that you will get invited first due to the fact you were a subscriber. Regards, Cryptic Studios Billing Support.

thats is an old atomated responce.
claosed bata has started.how do i know i was one of the 6 mo. thats got invited and befor any say your braking nda. its not a breach. allreayd comfimed by dev . to say you are in cloased bata.

Yes, that's the way it 'WAS', but Cryptic decided later (after they had our money as your statement shows above) that we will get in 'whenever' its "guaranteed", even if its the last day of the Closed Beta. I for one will never believe anything the thieves say again about any sort of 'deal'.
