We wont all be getting in the beta however I'm not losing hope yet...Ive got 2 more weeks off work that could be spent testing this game...

I sympathize with people that are upset with having paid money and being passed over for raw applicants. But sympathizing doesn't mean you're right to make wild accusations and baseless claims about what you are "entitled" to. The rules don't change just because you insist they do.

As do I, but sometimes I wonder how I would react if I had paid a certain amount of money and haven't yet seen my promised product. Having not purchased a sub, and not getting a beta slot, I can only imagine their frustration. And if you cant vent your frustrations here, where can you?

I understand why you all are upset, I really do. However, let me please clarify some things again:

Lifetime and 6 month CO subscribers were guaranteed access to the closed beta, and they will get that access. We are working very hard to get all of you in as soon as possible. Any time frame provided was done so in error. Also, that incorrect information was posted almost a full two weeks after the offers expired, Rekhan rescinded that statement as soon as he heard about it here. Daeke has apologized for that error, and really does feel upset for the misinformation. We are going to be continuing to let in contest winners, and general applicants, as well as the 6 month and lifetime subscribers.

Again, we are working very hard to get as many people into the closed beta as swiftly as possible. However, I want to clarify, this is a closed beta test. This is not a free demo of the game. We are inviting people in to test our systems, and give us feedback on the game. We're also asking that they let us know about any bugs that they find. As well as enforcing an NDA which explicitly states that they can not share their experiences in the closed beta.

I know you all want to be a part of this, and all of you who have been guaranteed closed beta slots will get to be a part of this. However, please give us some time. We simply can't let everyone who wants in all at once. No matter how much we want to.

Thanks for the reply SS. However, I think it might help some people feel better if you would directly address the issue of why you are allowing people who DIDNT buy a CO deal or win a contest into the beta BEFORE all of those that did? Surely you can find all the desired system specs you want to test from the CO deals and contest winners, if the groups is so large you cant let them all in at once.
