Excelsior1977 and I will try to build something insode of SC which will represent the Québécois. I know, what it is for us Frenches to find people to play Star Trek and who speaks French. It's difficult and rare. So, I decided to work with him on this. That is why and we think alike. I am sure he is going to accept.

Starfleet 360 will have to remove him from their member's list.

I want to have good time with poeple to play at Star Trek online to speak in French yes it will be nice too. I want to have big rank but I think Frankedoo will be a better leader than me but I'm in the games to bodly go when no man as gone before lol. We are Starfleet canada (Québec) but we will accept every member from Québec and french people.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, as for a big rank... I will write you about it. There is one position available at the moment. We don't have one yet. I was saving it for a later date. I didn't know who would be more suitable for it until now. I think it is logical to assign you to it since, you'll be in charge of building the Quebec side of our fleet. That is why I've given it the name Starfleet Quebec. Because of it's unique culture I was thinking of designing a place where it will be only for Quebec & french so they can post topics in french in the Starfleet Canada forums. It's not everybody who can speaks English. You will have special avatars for the SQ part of SC which will indicate that french is your first language spoken at birth.. We're already a lot of people in SC. You will need to subscribe to our forum and summit your joining form. Before we can build the SQ part of SC, I will need to complete the SC forum entirely. I also need to discuss it with my fleet XO and probably the entire command council.

Merci d'avoir répondu. Malheuresement, tu ne pourras pas être mon égal. Cependant, il y a une autre position disponible. Nous n'en avons pas encore. Je ne savais qui serait appréciable pour combler ce poste jusqu'à maintenant. Je le gardais pour une date ultérieure.Je vais t'en dire plus un peu plus dans un message. C'est logique qu'il revienne à toi, puisque tu seras chargé de construire et acquérir du personnel francophone pour cette partie de la flotte. Il y aura des babillards secondaire entièrement dédiés pour Starfleet Québec. C'est pour cela que je voulais qu'elle se nomme de cette façon. Pour que les français puissent poster leurs sujets dans leur langue. Ce n'est pas tout le monde qui s'est parlé anglais. Vous aurez également des images spéciales pour SQ qui fera partie de SC qui indiquera que vous parlez français comme langue maternelle. Nous sommes déjà déjà très peuplés dans SC. Il faudra t'enregistrer sur notre babillard et compléter le formulaire de recrutement. Avant que nous puissions construire la partie SQ de SC, je devrai terminé le babillard complètement.J'ai aussi besoin d'en discuter avec mon officier en second de la flotte et peut-être bien le conseil de commandement en entier.

Un rappel pour les Québécois. Starfleet Québec recrute des Québécoises et Québécois pour sa partie francophone de Starfleet Canada. Je pense même créer un deuxième conseil avec un représentant de chaque province. J'ai besoin d'en discuter avec mes collègues.

Excelsior1977 sera promu pour combler le poste de dirigence adjointe de Starfleet Québec. Peut-être comme Ministre, Sous-Ministre ou un grade militaire que je vais lui donner. Si jamais, il n'est pas très actif pour SQ, je nommerai quelqu'un d'autre à sa tête. Si nous avons plusieurs Québécois et Québécoises avec comme langue maternelle le « FRANÇAIS » ou BILINGUES BBB ou CCC; ils/elles seront chargés des diffirents départements francophones pour son bon fonctionnement. Je suis toujours en mode « réflexion » pour l'organisation de SQ.

J'aimerais faire des images spéciales pour notre communautée francophone pour montrer que nous parlons français comme notre langue maternelle de naissance. Ça sera utile si nous voulons jouer des parties entres nous quelques fois. Je veux une image spéciale pour la partie SQ de SC. Ces images seront en dessous de leurs grades. Quelque chose de notre drapeau Québécois et la fleur de lysée. Des lettres SQ colorées d'un bleu pour leurs images de profils.

A reminder for the Québécois. Starfleet Québec is recruiting Quebecers for the french community part of Starfleet Canada. I am also thinking of creating a second council with representatives of all our provinces. I need to discuss it with my staff.

Excelsior1977 will promoted for the leadership second in command of Starfleet Québec. Perhasp as Minister, Vice-Minister or a military rank that I will give him. If that occurs, he is not active enough for SQ, I will choose another person as head. If we have a lot of Quebecers that their first language from birth is "FRENCH" or BILANGUAL BBB or CCC; they will be in charge of numurous french departments for her functioning correctly. I am still "thinking" on how will I organize it.

I would like to make special avatars for our french Quebec community to show that they speak french as their native language from birth. This can be useful when they want to play a game together in french sometime. I want this special image for our SQ part of SC. These avatars will be at the bottom of their ranks. Something from the Quebec flag lysée flower and a blue SQ colored letters as their profile avatars.
