Hello,
I couldn't find a similar thread so I made a new one,
Wouldn't it be fun to do PvP on the holodeck of your ships.
Also, wouldn't it be fun to replay famous episodes from the series on the holodeck, I would love to be paris or the holo doctor on voyager. Or even Paris's alter ego ;)
Kind regards

I think the Holodeck is better suited for a training tool, and the occasional. "Holodeck out of control" mission. I think most people who engage in PvP prefer a more "meaningful" application , and the concept of PvP as "bloodless" simulation would not be very satisfying.
The devs haven't said anything about the eventual form the Holodeck would take in the game, except to say they did also see it as a training tool.
Now, as a training tool for Fleets to practice for real PvP strategies, thats something I could really get behind.
