well title says it all really plus if there is going to be another one when will it be available to submite questions?

Yes there will be. They said so in the original Ask the Developers thread.
When, we don't know. I suppose when the forum get's uppity with questions again.
I know on the CO forums, Cryptic posts an "Ask the Devs" thread and answers each month.

Following that pattern we can expect to see one at the end of august and have it close in early September, with additions to the FAQ in late September.
