I have followed up many posts about PvP ...
Please do understand that there are players that want PvP all the time and that there are Players that don't want PvP all the time.
Cryptic can however use an intelligent Map design to roll out PvP and PvE zones simply by arranging centralized PvE zones within the own sectors of a faction and going into PvP areas at the boarders of the sectors where the enemy territory begins.
And on th boarder you have certain areas for PvE only where both factions did a non-agression-deal, so that PvE people can do their quests at these points.
To sum it up, it would be nice that a PvE captain can set navigation in friendly space and a PvP captain can go the same way by setting course through enemy space or boarder space ... the destination can be the same by simply using nav points.
Also cool would be a system where PvP zones can be established by players. For example you are doing spy missions or PvE missions in enemy territory and then you open up a new PvP zone. But be carefully, this only works, when there are many alternative areas for PvE people to make quests until the zone is not PvP any more.
