Will there be "events" throughout the game where just about everyone must band together to accomplish a goal?

Also,

Any plans for the actors from the series doing their character voice-overs?

I would assume some kind of events, they hinted at that.

As for actors, so far nothing has been announced, but it's set further in the future, so mostly they'd have to be recorded messages...or Robert Picardo ;)
