It's a great in-game screenshot, although a bit small. Still, are you sure that's the Enterprise-E? The nacelles look all wrong.

That is a nice pic, and good graphics too, plus its nice to see soverign class ships. At the same time this doesnt answer the bigger questions, will we always have access to ship interiors?

Not Enterprise.
Not Sovereign-class.
remember this is set a few generations after the movies. So, it makes sense that nacelles could have been reworked by this time to make them more efficient. And it looks very similiar to a soverign otherwise.

It's more than just the Nacelles. The body is shaped wrong, it's got a Miranda/Nebula-like thing going across the hull and nacelles, the bridge area is too big suggesting this is a smaller ship than a Sovereign, etc.

Maybe that's what is giving it the Miranda/Nebula look?

From that angle it looks like a Sovereign.
It could of course another design, and since STO is playing after nemesis, it could have the same feel as the sovereign.

I agree, this is not the ENTERPRISE, but most likely an upgraded version of the Sovereign-class vessel, or most likely a new line of ships. But it is heavily inspired by the Sovereign-Class design of the TNG-era.
