I almost got a heart attack! I'm not gonna install windows on my mac to play STO and don't want an Xbox360 so if they decide to make it an exclusive. PS3 please!!!

From a business standpoint if they only did one console it would, 90% chance, be the Xbox360. The PS3 doesn't have the numbers and the Xbox360 has somewhat better online support.
Personally I'd take it on the Wii but that's not happening. :P
I highly doubt the PS3 would ever get the game before the 360. It just wouldn't make sense from a business standpoint.

Where did you see the Xbox 360 info. what I have seen is only PC is confirmed right now
