Another option should anyone not have a credit card would be to open a checking account and get a debit card. That all works the same. I use my debit card for pretty much everything. That way I don't end up with credit card debt, lol. I can only spend what I have.

There are Visa and Mastercard cash cards sold at local drug stores. They work like gift cards. Put money on it at the cash register at time of check out and problem solved, you have a credit card.

Technically it's not a credit card, but it's used as a credit/debit card. No age restrictions either.

I tried something like that, but they charge like a $5 a month fee... So that's when I went and opened a real checking account with a real debit card. It was alot more useful and there were no fees.

Its most likely they will do gamecards, as its a brilliant way for children and teenagers without debt cards or anything like that to play mmo's.

Gamecards will definitely be available. It's smart business as it allows people who don't have credit or debit cards to still have a way to pay for the game. I'm hoping there are gamecards because I go to a website where you earn free gaming stuff. They'd probably put STO gamecards in their stock.

i'm not sure they would do that....it would be a bad business move on their part...they would lose a lot of money that way.......does anyone do this?.......if anyone does i've not heard of it.....would be nice but i cant see it happening.

I don't see how it would lose them money, as they'd still be getting their money from when you buy your month of gametime, and we would get a literal full month of gametime, instead of a month's countdown from when we bought it.

I too hope for gamecards. They're easy and the game store is only a couple min from my house
