Might be too late for that. They'll probably make certain that the game covers a wide variety of settings considering this is a game based on a franchise with an extremely large fanbase.

If the Dev's require info on peoples PC's then I'm sure they'll ask for it. Many developers ask people for DX info etc.. when applying for beta which will give them a greater idea of what people have. Seeing as the development is a long way off beta yet and people will probably be changing their specs before then I don't see the point in posting system details unless it's to see who has the best/worst setup at the moment.

We do it as you give them a demographic, We do it so they dont have to waste time asking for it, we do it so that the game can be catered to the widest possible audience. this isnt a give us your opinion thread its a please post you PC/Mac or even if your getting it on console and which one you plan on getting it on.
So if you dont mind leave your info or dont reply thanks.

I'm running an Overclocked to 2.7 Q6600 on a DX38BT - ddr3 mainboard with a 3870.
Windows XP - SP3
I'll need to upgrade the video before the game comes out, by middle of next year single player games will probably do better on newer GPUs.
With overclocks to the GPU and CPU I'm at a stable 12,000 3Dmark06, that ATI card can't be pushed very far. But the Q6600 runs at 3.0 at about the same temperature as 2.4 and 2.7. 3.0 is the highest I've taken it and even in a warm room it's maybe 5 degrees hotter than stock with load,
overclock 3.0 at about 57 celcius under load with a 2lb rosewill cooling fan.

If I watched television like the "normal" American does, I would have a massive TV too, but I don't.
I spent a good bit of money on bleeding edge computer parts and an amazing monitor... plus my computer chair is leather and you melt into it... it's like having my own Captains chair. :)

Abit AI7 motherboard
2GB DDR400 memory (Patriot/etc)
Western Digital 150 GB IDE hard drive
Radeon X1650 Pro AGP graphics card
Windows XP Home
A little sad, I know... but as I now work in the computer hardware industry, I'm being convinced a little mro each day to upgrade in the next few months to:

ASUS P5Q motherboard
4GB G.Skill DDR21066 memory
Seagate 750 GB SATA hard drive

Also I have an Xbox 360... which, if done right on the console, I would consider playing with. =)

Console - does that mean for the next generation consoles like Xbox 360?

The name "XP" stands for eXPerience.[2] Windows XP is the successor to both Windows 2000 Professional and Windows Me, and is the first consumer-oriented operating system produced by Microsoft to be built on the Windows NT kernel (version 5.1) and architecture. Windows XP was first released on October 25, 2001, and over 400 million copies were in use in January 2006, according to an estimate in that month by an IDC analyst.[3] It is succeeded by Windows Vista, which was released to volume license customers on November 8, 2006, and worldwide to the general public on January 30, 2007. Direct OEM and retail sales of Windows XP ceased on June 30, 2008, although it is still possible to obtain Windows XP from System Builders [4] (smaller OEMs who sell assembled computers) until January 31, 2009 or by purchasing Windows Vista Ultimate or Business and then downgrading to Windows XP.[5][6] Microsoft will stop updating Windows XP support in 2012.

If, by then, you can re-use the optical drives, HDD, case and possibly the sound card from your current high end system, consider yourself lucky.

Intel Centrino 2.0GHz (single core)
2gb ram
nVidia 7800GTX GO 256mb
17" w/s at 1920x1200 native
Plays games like WoW flawlessly. HL2 I have to tone down a bit but not too much. Supreme Commander almost brings it to it's knees on lowest settings. Age of Conan is a no go and I got Crysis as a gift ... still unwrapped. I hate to see a laptop cry. :P
Soon to be on order:
Antec 900 case w/ 850w Thermaltake PSU
Quad-core 9450
4gb of DDR3
2x GTX-260s most likely though that's still up for debate.
300gb 10krpm Raptor
Will pair it up with either a 22" or 24" w/s ... leaning towards a 24" Acer or Viewsonic atm.

Well, my current spec is kind of old:
Pentium 4 Northwood 3.0GHz w/ 800Mhz FSB
2GB RAM DDR
nvidia 7800 GS (AGP 8x card)
I will probably be buying a new computer when this game comes out. I did that for Star Wars Galaxies and will do the same for this game if it is really awesome. I guess I'll hear how good it is from Beta testers and the like.
My question is if the game is being built on a game engine that currently exists? And, if so, will it support multiple processors and 64-bit, etc?
