Well look at promotions and awards no doubt? Even decorate your walls to some or rather large extend? Socialise when that one rare moment 'o ERP comes walking past in that ultra tight jumpsuit? ;)

it would be nice to receive like 'trophy' items from missions and quests done from thankfull civilians heh much like half the stuff Picard got and decorated his Office and quarters with heh plus teh ability to buy some somehow

I hope that they are fully customizable with the ability to move items around on the XYZ Grid in a simaluar manner to how Star Wars Galaxies did their player housing decorations. It was truely amazing all the designs you could come up with by merging 2+ items in unique ways.

I even hope that they give captains 3 fully customizable rooms, Quarters, Ready Room, and Breifing room with minor changes being allowed for the rest of the ship like carpet colors, chair styles and colors and being able to push consels around slightly to better suite you.

In addition I hope they allow Fleets (whatever they call them) to build or quest for a Space Hub like a small space station or Large Ship such as a Galaxy Class to act as their "Guild Hall" and gathering place with lots of fully decoratable rooms Including offices you can delegate to your "Flag Officers" and Meeting Rooms and Storage Areas you can Key to certain clearance levels of your fleet. These Hubs could be placed at particulars area's of interest or in the case of large starships would roam a pre determined route

Definitely would like to be able to access my computer terminal from there, to check on email and pending transactions (i.e. auctions), check current status of my ship/ship systems, and the status of my character (record, missions completed, decorations, etc). That would be in addition to being able to decorate my room. :-)

Not in TNG. Breifing room is larger with a conference room. Ready room seems more like the Captain's office.

As for housing, I hope it's more than one room. I like the 3+ room set up for officer's quarters on DS9. Larger central room, bedroom on one side and office or 'personal space' on the other.

I have a small Dwarf house in LotRO, and an entry and bedroom is just too small. This is virtual space. Making them a little larger shouldn't take that much more resources. Although I agree that quarters should be assigned by rank/priviledge.

Ships general computer, communications, and library computer can all be accessed form quarters on a ship or station.... in the shows.

hehe i would like to have some artifacts that i have found or somepaintings of data's maybe even that first alien plant that you find or unlock some historic items to display in my room would be nice and a huge talkin point or maybe a mini work room which i can work on items in private

It would be awesome to customize your crew quarters to what ever you want. From colour, lighting, displays, layout, etc. Even picking up relics from other worlds and putting them on display in your quarters!
