guys this must be where the STO game occurs. If you guys think back to Enterprise in the episode were Daniel takes Archer into the future on the Enterprise - J Excalibur class i think. and tell him that the federation declares war on them aliens and eventually wins. This has to be what STO will be about. basically the first STO before expansion would be the federation vs them other things(forgot what they are called).
I personally think this would be brilliant, because i remember saying to myself that i would have loved to see that war and how cool it would be. If this is so i think we can expect entire new lines of ships in order to fill the ship classes. sovereign would probably be a medium/heavy cruiser or a dreadnaught by SFC 3' standards of ship classification.
