Well i can certainly tell you its not going to be free to play. Free to play mmo's dont even compare to the mmo's that have a monthly fee. Just dont buy *starbucks* for a week and i bet you will have $15!

I can almost promise you it will be pay to play. Paying for an account allows the GMs to remove players that do not follow rules, and it gives the company an income to pay their developers with which gives us more content in the long run.

It better be cheap to play though and they will get more people playing and then will make more than if they made it dearer...

I can see a 12-15 dollar range.

But for it being a F2P, I hope not. Not many F2P MMOs have ever been any good.

I hope they consider offering something similar to Turbine's "Lifetime Subscription" for Lord of the Rings Online.... $199 and you never have to pay monthly subscription fees (still have to pay for expansions, but the monthly content updates are free)

That works out to a wash (figuring $15/mo) if you plan to stick around for more than 13 months.

The only way you get out of the subscription model is to do one of two things:

Microtransactions: you spend real money to buy virtual items in the game, either useful items that give you an edge over other players, or just items that customize your character.

An awful lot of in-game advertising.

Subscription doesn't seem so bad.

I hope its free to DOWNLOAD, but to play I'd like to see monthly subcription.

Come on seriously, obviously its not going to be free to play. I am happy to pay a monthly subscription but would not consider a micro transaction model where you pay for your "items" as and when.

Note: Of course I do believe that this game will be the monthly subscription as per normal MMO's
