I've never role-played in an MMO, but I'm a hardcore Trek nerd so I thought I'd give it a try. Anyone forming a "guild" or "fleet" (whatever they're gonna be called) for RPers? I'm looking for people who will have a website setup for their "fleet", be actively recruiting from now until forever, and are going to be playing this game A LOT. Send me a PM if you think I'll fit in your group!
I am also interested in finding more roleplayers that are thinking 'o either joining or getting together in some way!

I love RPing and Startreck. Most of my time spent in WOW was RPing. I realy hope to find a good guild for this sort of thing.
Since Star Trek is also very social and about interacting i think it will be safe to assume that there will be many events!

I also am looking for some RPers, preferred with a US-based crew mixed with Humans, Vulcans and Klingons, with the occasional Gorn thrown in for Bat'leth practice. Im also hoping that Jack and the crew at Cryptic exceed the standards paramount throws at them.

I myself am looking for a crew to Role Play with if there are any out there. Please take note that I prefer constant role play, no OOC situations at all. (Aside from say a certain room on the ship that is designated for such.) I'm going to be taking my roles down the tactical or command branch, I'll have to see what it all entails once closer to release date to choose.
US-based player.

Alpha Fleet will definately have something going on in ST:O.
We are a group of gamers who are SOLELY oriented on roleplay.
Currently, we reside in Second Life, where we roleplay Trek in a customized 3d environment.

I think their the result of static Kling from overactive warp cores, but the science teams have yet to answer back. Might be all the tribbles they found ate them :p
