Anybody else like this series? I've mentioned it a few times on the boards and get a lot of blank stares.

I like Star Trek: The new Frontier, i read till Dark Allies in german. I hope in the next year, we can read the adventures of captain Calhoun and Co. The books to read in english is very hard for a man, those english is very bad.

I didn't know the books had been translated into other languages. Glad to know that you got a chance to read them and I hope the rest of the series is available soon. :)

I read the first seven or eight novels and the comic books. Not too bad.

I read the first two books, but couldn't find the rest without paying shipping fees that were more than the cost of the book.

I liked that David used some of the characters from TNG. I always liked Commander Shelby and was disappointed when she wasn't assigned to DS-9, although in retrospect it's hard to imagine where she would have fit into that show.

I didn't like it at first... but now I really enjoy it. Doesn't hurt that I have a huge crush on one of the main characters either haha

I'm re-reading the series a third time as we speak.

Needless to say, I enjoy the series a lot.

I discovered the series a couple months ago, pillaging my local used book store. Grabbed a couple as a long shot, and was pleasantly surprised. Working my way through them now.

I think I have the Ebooks of the whole New Frontier series. I'll have to sit down and read them soon. I have to do SOMETHING to keep me occupied until Star Trek Online comes out!

Fantastic series, imaginative, bold and more than a little eccentric. Just what i was looking for to liven up the Star trek in print experience. Calhoun reminds me a lot of Jim Kirk. Hope they continue to publish it.
