I am Emperor Kahless, and I preside over quite possibly the best group of gaming friends and Klingon enthusiasts in the Trek gaming world. We are veteran gamers who have played many titles and have a special love for those Trek games we all played for years. We are also currently active in Guild Wars, Call of Duty 4, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, and play weekly on Team Warfare League's 4v4 Hardcore HQ ladder in CoD4. We also maintain an active relationship with The Defenders of the North [EYE] in a 7 guild GW alliance which enhances our game experience.

Don't know how many of you out there like late nights and early mornings, but if your a night owl then your place is here with |SoK|. We usally get gaming around 9:30 EST and play until we drop. Some come give us a shout and see whats happening, |SoK| is only a hearbeat away.

There is a clan called SOK or Sons of Kahless, Not sure what all games they play. I believe they play Bridge Commander or did, I don't really know what they are up to now. Last time we talked to them was months ago.

Yeah they dropped off the face of the universe a while back and when I jumped into BC one day I got into a discussion about a bunch of people I don't even know. LOL
So far I see three listed Klingon groups in the newly formed Fleet Directory and lots of feddies out there. I know there's some Klingons out there hiding. Come and fight!

My Klingon Brotheren. I, Ardrus, son of Mraz of the House of Dakarr, have come on behalf of the Imperial Nobility (http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=6381) in hopes of forging an alliance against the Federation and those pahtk Romulans. Currently their fleets out number ours, and it would be in our joint interest to keep the Klingon Empire strong.

So, how does everyone feel about the potential for this game to be both on consoles and on PC. My warriors are grumbling about the prospect, so I was interested in what the rest of the Klingons out there thought?

Hello! We're still alive and kicking. You can't get rid of us that easily. :p We're a multi-game clan, so we can't spend all our time with STO. We're also a small group, but there is no doubt that we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of STO and the possibilities that will accompany it.

Yes, for those guys in The Order of the Bat'leth, allow me to say that instead of waiting with bated breath and posting like rabid beasts on these boards, we're actually gaming. I refer you to our website, which states that we are a multi-game clan. Unlike most of these clans who have formed for just STO, we've been around a few years...circa 2005 actually. I've been watching this game go from "It's coming out" to, "No wait developer issues", since it's inception so I'm in no rush to be at the forefront...yet.
To answer Cr3p, yes we will be PvP oriented and I intend to make plenty of noise in Federation space! We have veteran Guild Wars and WoW gamers, so we're no strangers to the PvP environment. We plan to jump right in, so if you're still considering |SoK| the door is open.
And for the rest of you non-believers...just because my cloaking device is on doesn't mean Emperor Kahless is not watching.

Outstanding. I played WoW for a while. Unfortunately, I dislike the mind numbing grinding necessary to get to a point to be able to addequetely PvP. I understand this game will offer an "FPS" feel to the entire thing, and I'm very excited about that. I can grind it out, as long as there's an attainable goal.
The fall of The Federation seems to be motivating, does it not?

How is the multiplayer on COD4? I've been looking at it. I haven't been able to decide what my big game purchase for my desktop should be. I was heavy into the Rainbow: series FPS's. Started with Rainbox Six, upgraded to Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear (and stayed there a little too long) and played some Rainbow Six: Raven Shield. I haven't played the latest release on PC, but I did play Vegas on XBOX and was thoroughly unimpressed.
I might ought to start playing COD with you fellas until the release of ST:O.
