Although it is very unlikely that the Romulans will be a playable race at launch, or even after the first few expansions. I am curious as to who would be interested in establishing a Romulan guild?

Well the Romulan guild I plan to establish will be supported by my sci-fi community website, wiki, forum and ventrillo server along with my Rihannsu fiction. Now that I know there is interest, I will be going forward. Please stand by for more information.

I think he means that since he stated in his prior post that he was going to establish a fleet now that this thread should contain only talk about it from now on. Like you I thought was a general discussion thread for Romulan fleets originally.
