On 07.11.2005 we founted the biggest German STO Fleet, an yes, we are a RP Fleet. If you are a Roleplay fan, feel free to create your own Charakter on our Site and play with us.

For Example:

Flogge Cendric ist a Trill, for a long Time he works an life on a Mining Platform near the Trill Main System. At one Day the Borg attaking this Sektor. Flogge Cendric lost his Sister an the Father died. After this Date he go to the StarFleet. In the Dominion War lost the Fleet many people, so it was possible for Flogge Cendric to join the Fleet.
Since the fight with the Borg Flogge was a broken Man, only his Symbiont stabilized the Kommodore.

Play RP under Flogge Cendric and you can meet an very inconvenient Carackter of the 24th Century.

Kurze Frage : Besteht die Möglichkeit in diesem Spiel als einzelner Spieler ein ganzen Schiff mit Computercrew zu kommandieren oder ist es so, dass man zuerst eine Crew (Führungsoffiziere) aus realen Spielern zusammenstellen muss um ein Schiff zu bekommen, bzw mehrer Führungscrews für mehrer Schiffe.

Also nach den Informationen die durch Interview kahmen soll man schon am ANfang ein eigenes ( aber kleines ) Schiff erhalten dort aber noch nicht den Rang eines Captains haben ansonsten wIrd dir Brückencrew von Npcs übernommen die man selber irgendwann ausrüsten kann diese Figuren sollen möglicherweisen auch von Spielern ersetzt werden können . Ich hohhe ich konnte helfen

I see that the main language spoken/written here is English.
But why should I not write in German as well? We are a german RP-Fleet and as such are looking for people, who have interest in having an RP in german language.

For communication-issues with the non-german-speaking members and the GM's, I was planning to write everything - maybe except short responses to german questions - in both, English and German.

Aber wieso sollte ich nicht zusätzlich auf Deutsch schreiben? Wir sind eine deutsche Rollenspielflotte und als solche suchen wir nach Leuten, die daran interessiert sind, Rollenspiel auf deutsch zu betreiben.

Aus Kommunikationsgründen mit den Mitgliedern des Forums, welche kein Deutsch sprechen, sowie den Admins, hatte ich geplant, alles - vielleicht außer kurzen Antworten auf auf Deutsch gestelte Fragen - in beiden Sprachen zu schreiben; Englisch und Deutsch.

Hey Folks,

now at last, some information about us, the division - that is, what this thread is all about.
If you have comments or questions; feel free to post them here or via PM.

Who we are:

The "1./ Sternenflotten Division" (or "1st Starfleet Division") is a gathering of people from Germany and other german-speaking countries, who got together to form a community for Star Trek Online.
The 1./ SfD has been existing for almost 3 years now, forming a bunch of people who are Star Trek-, Roleplaying-, or MMORP-Fans alike. (Or all in one, of course)
We have several members, but are always looking for new ones.

What we do until STO will be released:

What we do now is mostly talking about news from STO, playing games of any sort (we have had Counterstrike, Legacy, C&C, Bridge Commander, EF1 - just to mention a few), chat and have a good time.
And we have an RP going, played on our forum, where we mostly depict the characters we will be playing in STO before the time the game is set in.

What we want to do in the game:

As I mentioned; our fleet is focused on Roleplaying and will be as well in STO. The idea behind the ingame-concept is a small unit formed to deliver support to anyone withing the federation (or outside, if they need help) in any way needed. For this pupose, we are a crew, that now is consistant of a full bridge-crew plus a few more people.
With our concept we want to make contacts, help and - boldly go where no STO-fleet has gone before ;)

How you can contact us:

The obvious way to do so is via our homepage ( www.sternenflotten-division.de ), or in this thread or via PM to me. Otherwise you can come to our TS-Server at stoinfo.de:8762 . Even if you only want to have a chat - you are welcome as well. I will manage to get the passwort gone by the next few days so anyone can visit us.

If you are not fluent in german - don't panic. Anyone who speaks a language any of us can understand is always welcome. :)

News from the 1./SfD

First and most important: Our Star Trek Roleplay on our board is from no on open to anybody! This means, everyone from every fleet is welcome to our roleplaying. You will not need to join our fleet or anything but our rp.
This is an offer for anyone who is in a different fleet or does not want to join any (yet), to experience an additional form of Star Trek roleplaing.

Secondly we will be working on different aspects of our site to make it easier for our members and to get a bit closer to the newest developments on STO.
