Judging by the amount of time ON the countdown, I'd say it's 99.9% certain to be the release of the in-game footage one of the initial news posts mentions, given that the countdown expires around the time of their presentation.

I'm pretty sure it is for the in game footage that will be revealed in Las Vegas on Aug 10th. at the Star Trek convention.

Hopefully a more detailed description of the game as far as story line, possible story based conflicts, mechanics, philosophy behind development, etc , as well. Game play footage too of course.
