Ok there might already be a post of this (if there is could u please link ty)

Just wondering how beta is going any chance of a update. just to be clear I do not care about the application side of it just like if its going better than expected and stuff like that. I now this is a busy time for you guys (Cryptic) so any feed back would be great but understand if there is none either. Keep up the good work guys and girls loved what I have seen so far and cant wait for pre-orders and the head start program (I dont know if there will be one but i hope so :) )

I'd guess that the Beta's working as well as the Heisenberg compensators. That is to say, very well.

As imo the OP is directly asking Cryptic there is no NDA that can be applied to the devs...

yeah, NDAs are big meanies. and they suck. i really want to know what the game looks like :(

i guess you didn't read his question...he wants to know how things are going...not about content...and so do I....So your stupid NDA doesnt apply...

no, i believe it still does. the NDA for champions blocked any kind of communication about the game's progress, content, tech problems, etc.

Honestly, what do you think Cryptic is going to say? Almost certainly, something like:

"Beta is going very well, and we're getting alot of great feedback"

Even if it werent, they dont typicaly share bad news unless they absolutely have to, as its bad for PR.

You know, I would sort of like to have pie....

...that's it. Most Wal-Marts have some grocery capacity now. The Wal-Mart preorder could include Pie (pick up in store only)!

Well, I don't think we'll be getting anything unless it's from Cryptic themselves. Like I say, Closed Beta testers aren't allowed to tell us about what's going on.

You'll have to give Cryptic their breathing room.

Even if a person releases info that Cryptic wasnt ready to release yet, Cryptic really cant prove that it "hurt" them, which they would have to do to win a civil lauwsuit. Not that I'm defending breaking the NDA; people who do should definitely be banned. But all this talk of lawsuits if laughable.

Well, the tried and true response from cryptic has always been 'Soon" (TM)(R)... so that would probably apply here :)

Well

The NDA is there, to stop players posting Videos and Storys about the Beta.
What the DEV(!) do is something completly other.
The Devīs can do whatever they want.
In the NDA, the Players cant talk about the Beta. The Dev still can.
So i would like every Week an Update that Shows how the Beta is going on and how the progress is.

If i remember correctly atleast 2 persons were sued for breaking the NDA in AoC :)

But dont flame me if i am wrong hehe :)
