The E was still in use after a major refit being captained by Data(in B-4's body) during the countdown comic that was the prequel to the JJ Abrams trek movie. I think its safe to assume that the Enterprise E will still be in service after the extensive refit.

If it hasn't been decommissioned in this time frame, it would probably look like the Sovereign refit (with the "sway bar"). It would be nifty if they paid Frakes to make a few cameo voice recordings and command the Enterprise of the present. imo, it'd only be fitting he be the successor to Picard. I wouldn't hold my breath though, just imagination running along....

Take note, Riker would be very old, but humans are known to live upwards to 120-150 years (Based on canon novel writings)

Imo Riker will probably be an admiral with a desk or still commanding the Titian

True, it's also in the path to 2409 as another poster stated above Data is in fact in command...

considering Riker already had a ship of his own by the time Picard retired. so i would say it'd be B-4 (AKA Data) he would be the most likely candidate as he's been around long enough to know the ships capabilities the most. plus he was XO when riker left to command the titan.

of course, it's also likely the enterprise E got blown up or something before 2409, and the NX-91001 could be the Enterprise F >>

Two words: Captain Nog

Assuming E wasn't destroyed, it likely is still in service. After all, they have some frickin 23rd century ships still active.

I would think Picard and Riker would be retired by now, along with most of the major characters from TNG/DS9/STV. More likey to see some offspring of those characters.

its the ncc 1701 f (moorningstar class):D

edit: dont even get me started onthe rediculousness of that prequal that attempted to close the plot holes in the new movie. Besides we couldnt call it star trek if it didnt have plot holes and inconsistencies:D

Technically Data never became the XO. He "died" before he was able to take that position. Yes he was lined up for that position. However in Nemesis Riker wasn't relieved of his position on the Enterprise until after Data had died.

Nemesis was 45 mins long they want we saw at the movies, one of the deleted scene show Riker leaving for the new ship

This is true. However data was not around during this time he was already dead. There fore Data never

assumed command as the XO once Riker left. Data was replace with that one XO that called Picar Jean-Luc.

I forget the name of the new second mark some thing or other, have you seen the new captains chair with the seat belts? Picards seponce being "it's about time"
