I personally hope there are not capture the flag and return it to your base style stuff. But that's just me, I've never cared for capture the flag games, I know other do.

Maybe I used the wrong term lol

I mean more like King of the Hill type of play.. For planets and stations.

I dont like having to chase people down for the flag either. but Im sure that it would be fun depending on the mission and how the implement it.. like lets say the Romulans stole vital technology.. You have to get it back..

That is a good capture the flag senario. I feel that is a believable one.

Sry. bout that.. but this is still a viable thread for those that want capture the flag. Plz feel free to take it over anyone that wants it. :)

The PvP game, which takes place in the Neutral Zone, is much more involved and includes objectives and rewards (including character advancement) which offer something entirely different than the instanced PvPing of our challenge system.

I feel they are separate things.. I mean King of the hill is a different playing aspect all together. I just wanted King of the HIll topic to not get over shadowed by Capture the Flag.

They are closely related ,but yet are still two separate things to disscuss.

Just to be different, to give it a more star trek theme. Instead of capture the flag, they could do something like Pass The Tribble. The object is to stop the other team from getting in range to beam a tribble into your teams star base. You first have to get to their base to beam out tribble DNA, get back to your base to turn it into a living tribble, then back to their base to beam it in. Just a playful thought.

Will there be the aspect of capture the flag for Pvp Planets and or Stations??? :)

I would also like to ask if you think that AI will beable to take part in Capturing planets, Like the Gorn??
