Will I have the oppertunity to board enemy ships and wack a few officers with a Bat'leth?

Sounds like yes for PvE and I'm not sure about PvP.

If you board my ship you'll get a phaser NOT set to stun!
PvP has not been discussed much, they will be rolling out information on it sometime in the next couple months. There have been comments made by Zinc and Awen and others, but no official details. There is such a thing as a "boarding party" but you will not be in it, you will be commanding your ship. In PvE there may be a "steal data from this Fed ship" mission where their shields are down and you have to fight your way through it to get to the ships computer and then survive the way out.

Klingon engenieers are so skilled that their ships break apart before the fight is about to start :D

Why build ships WELL when the average Federation ship can take on 3 of them in just a couple minutes on a random mission. Their shipyards have to churn out like 60 an hour PER PLAYER LOGGED IN.

Please say yes.
I believe so. However, unless you beam right on top of them, a phaser is much faster.

Probably in PVE missions, and I'm hoping so in PVP scenarios.
