You go to investigate and a small private shuttle named The Cryptic Audi is broken down and a bunch of holodeck programmers need a ride back to the local station where they work to finish the new holodeck game they're working on!

As you're on the way back your chat is randomly hit with bickering from the rescued crew about how Rekhan needs to change his dilithium more often.

Perhaps for the first Easter Egg hunt there should be a mission everybody can do and once completing the tasks one obtains a Borg styled/texture outer shell egg that does one of a few things.

Once double clicked for use whatever that command may be in game. The first prize is a number of low-mid level ship item/Weapons, shield , torpedo launcher that gives off a "Borg" Glow on your ship when equipped in the corresponding area. The second level of prizes could be a clothing item styled for Borg drones that one can equip/unequip to self or one of the BO.

The third level of "prize" is have the egg act as a subspace long range homing beacon that summons one Borg ship varying in the level and type of Borg ship. The other prize level comes from what those Borg ships may or may not drop once destroyed perhaps slightly higher sought after items in the first two prize levels?

An alien planet populated by an insectoid species. They seem to be in chaos, their people driven insane by something. After some sensor sweeps and brain scans of this species, it is revealed that it is caused by signals from four beacons broadcasting from downtown Detroit. You send a repeating message back to Starfleet to shut them down, ALL of them.

The Alderon solar system and its "asteroid belt".

The other Voyager space probes.

A Borg tesseract.

A planet ravaged by nuclear war where the populace survived in underground "vaults".

Amelia Earhart.

A hostile, apparently highly advanced species that taunts you with "Now witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle station!" And then the dramatic shot is absorbed completely by your shields.

A lone pilot in a Zig, seeking to fight an enemy that set his species up the bomb, and whose base are all belong to them.

A planet populated by hostile, airborne jellyfish and a lone woman in a power armor suit trying to destroy them all.

A mission where you are sent to investigate a distress signal on a planet, and at some point later a redshirt has an alien burst out of his stomach.

The Horse Head Nebula which has a space station inhabited by a man, who, when you hail the station, wakes up to answer you but starts screaming as he finds a horse head in his bed next to him.

A monument to all the astronauts and cosmonauts that have died in accidents.

A yellow star with sunspots that makes it look like... :)

I would like it if there were key heroic/iconic ships out and about. Things like if you drop by DS9 you may see the Defiant docked/coming/going. See things like the Enterprise E/F visit Earth every few days. That kind of thing. Maybe endgame missions were a ship called "Challenger" joins your party.

Or a crashed ship of legend like the Columbia as just worthless wreckage but ready for tourist shots.

I have a few things that I would like to see. Some of these have all ready been mentioned in one version or another.

1 Douglas Adams references such as a space station that might be found in unknown space that is known for it's resturaunt., and a strange round ship known as the Heart of Gold.

2 Crashed saucer of Enterprise and shallow grave of Captain Kirk, where Captain Picard buried him.

3 Whales somewhere near Starfleet.

4 Maybe a Ghostbusters reference about not crossing the streams ( of your phasers )

5 Roddenbury capsule in orbit

What about during the night , if you walk around your ship through empty halls you might catch a glimpse of a ghost...and as you follow it..it runs...and chasing it for a while you get a good look at its face before it passes through a wall...It was picard.
