I've done this for both my Fed and Klingon crews, but the thing that I'm stuck on is that they've said at the highest rank we will have between 12-15 Bridge Officers (they haven't nailed down the number). So I'm stuck with titles.

This makes me wonder will we have titles for our crew? I hope we have a First Officer, but what about Chief Engineer, or Chief Medical Officer?
