For those of us that purchased Lifetime Subscriptions to Champions Online and are guaranteed Closed Beta Access, do we still need to fill out this application form? I'm assuming not, but assumption can be a dangerous thing :)

I did. Awen said it never hurts for them to have our system specs :)

Ok, thanks guys, now I just need to remember them lol

You can find your specs by going to your start button right click on "computer" and choose properties at the bottom. That should give you most of the information you need.
You can also run dxdiag for more info.
