Anyone know if Cryptic has announced how getting into the Closed Beta of STO will happen for those of us that bought 6 month or lifetime subscriptions for CO? Just curious...
they havent, they will post something when that all starts

they'll likely announce the Closed Beta threw the E-mail you gave on forum registration and/or threw the News section on the front page.
In the E-mail notification you'll also get a CD-Key type code to use on a link they will provide connected to your forum account,
you'll register that and you'll be allowed to participate when the servers open and once you download the Client via a link they will provide.

That part already seems done -- I have a "Closed Beta Access: Activated" thing under Star Trek Online in my Champions Online account information. I suspect when I validated my subscription it auto-flagged me as active in closed beta on STO.
Which, you know, will mean more when said closed beta is active. :)
