Imagine having a 3 strike your out system that if you break to many laws, you are considered a rouge captain/pirate.

Therefore, both factions including your's considers you as a criminal that must be brought to justice no matter what the means are. Either Captured or destroyed.

This could make it fun for both factions to join the hunt.

Strikes should be given by your faction command for disobeying orders or breaking enough interstellar laws

-Just like in Grand Theft Auto you will either re spawn at a Shipyard or a Detention facility. May be they will add a mark of disobedience on you reputation and record. Kinda like when Kirk got demoted from Admiral.

A message is sent to all ships in your region that you a rouge ship with such and such name and are required to be stopped at all cost. Those players that Capture or Destroy the ship can get special bonuses / skills.

You should be considered PvP for all Factions regardless of whether you are out of the PvP Zone

I think this would make it fun to be a Rogue captain even if you don't live very long.

It would give the feds a chance to fight other feds if they feel like it. Remember the AIs should be after you too!!!!!! So if you decide to go rogue, you won't live for long.:D :D :) But you can see how long you last.

?? lol does anybody else like this as a thought??
