OR you could go the cryptic way ;)

91001 is the registry and the name of an experimental class of ship: 9 is the year (2009 that is) on the 1st day of the 10th month

I'm sure checking the title of the third sticky down, "No Official Release Date", isn't too much effort for your busy schedule ;)

No need to sift through 90000 posts. That's why they make stickies with this information ;)

I'm sure a better way of occupying one's mind is to watch grass grow instead of asking the same question as 90000 other posts.:D

I don't think Zinc can be bribed with cash.
I suspect, however, he can be bribed with vacation time.

His job is probably closer to - gather data on project staus, write up report, send report to CEO, deal with complaints, deal with new project deadline by financial department, talk to PR about what new problems are delaying the release of media, read e-mail, read forums, tweet, check status, play STO, complain about bug, read and approve dialog, quests, changes to design document, AND.... talk to media outlets.

I'd wager he get's home very late at night. Especially if crunch time is on the horizon. I've heard horror stories of game teams staying all night in the office, sleeping on the floor, showing in the building, and getting right back to work. Thus, money can't buy vacation time. Unless you have enough money to quit the job. However, pre-approved vacation time CAN give you a vacation.
Right Craig? :D

yea it may seem a little bit stressful and those's cryptic guys gets tired, and not allowed to go on vaction
but they way you made it sound lord dave.

it sounds like an adventure i been a Star Trek fan since i was 13, and always wanted to be apart of a team making the my most favorite thing in the world.. star trek, up all night long working hard at the game , take a long break about 6:00am go out for some food for an hour.. come back to the office, take a few hours nap and get right back to it.

sound fun to me , till the stress of this isnt geting done, or why isnt this done yet. gets to you...

i have a Passion for Star Trek and MMORPG...STO is going to be around for a long time and it would be neat to be apart of it
