The bird of prey is a very nice ship.

The bird of prey is a very nice ship.
B'rel class actually :) K'vort is a bigger variant on the B'rel. Its possible to tell twice in the movie when the Klingon captain says "they outgun us 10 to 1" (A K'vort wouldn't be outgunned) and also because the ships compliment is a "a dozen" which is the required amount for the B'rel.

I would most definetly say the Galaxy X Class :) If it where to ever be actually invented :( But I can only wish that will be possible in the game.. Im happy with what ever they make as long as it is fun to play.
I just wonder though wouldn't the Galaxy X Class represent a good Dreadnaught in STO? What does anyone else think? Maby not for its size but more for its shear power.. :)

I just love Akira class but recently i saw vesta class explorer and i think it maybe looks better than Akira, now i dont know which is better :confused:

Steamrunner. I was very glad to read that it was mentioned as one of the available classes, especially considering that it's relatively obscure. It looks unique, in a stylish and futuristic way, while still looking like a Federation ship.

same i love the old nx2000/ncc2000 she just had all the right lines in all the right places cant belive they replaced her with the ambassador class she was just big bulky and uuuuuuggggllllllyyyyyyy

Federation-wise I'm partial to the Miranda class (USS Reliant) from The Wrath of Khan. I'm not usually too fond of Federalli ships but that ship is awesome.
STO-wise I'm liking the Vor'cha from the screenshot gallery. Looks great.
They're still beaten by the D'deridex warbird but they come in a close 2nd and 3rd.

Gah... Took my pick!
Overall I like the Nebula class, a Galaxy saucer section with the engineering section bolted directly under it and the upper portion if I recall is modular, can be swapped out based on mission profile and exchangable at starbases.
My second would have to be the Defiant, fast and powerful, nuff said.
Then I would have to say the Neigh'Var, something about sheer size and bristeling with wepons is attractive.

I like many of the ships, Defiant, Bird of Prey, Akira and Galaxy are top ones that come to mind.

Galaxy Class. Always liked the idea of a "City Ship." It's not solely a combat focused ship, which appeals to me, but it can stand its ground when required.

I would have to say Ambassador class is my favourite. Though i like the Saladin class as well. I wonder if you can have a single nacelle in this game.

I didnt like any races BBs in SFC 1-2, they were always big ugly bulky things, the only nice thing about them is they are strong.

Yeah .. I agree.
Antivirus did a remake on the Yamatto from the SFC series (sp) ... and I retextured it. It's avaialble for DL somewhere (I forget where) .. I also did BB remakes for the USS Alabama and the USS Missouri based on TMP secondary hull concepts. I'm currently working on a rather large BB framed TNG style ship. I have to confess that the bulky syndrome seems to follow BB's as a general rule. That's why I prefer something closer to the Sovy.
