any chance that we get serten buffs for what race we pick? like more strangth for kilngons than humans and so on

I think that each race will have special abilities not buffs. at least untill the game goes live.

Yes, each race will have inherent abilities that they are naturally suited to and some may have unique skills that they cannot pass on to other characters of different races.
