Favorite ship?

I would just like to know which ships people are looking forward to getting in the game the most. No matter which faction. Federation or Klingon. For me it is the Federation's Intrepid class.

Also if you want to post links to your own personal designs, feel free. :)

There's a couple for me,
first off there is the Soyuz class, from TNG in the Time Loop episode where it came thru the wormhole and hit the Enterprise's warp nacelle and caused it to explode, only to be sent back to the start of the loop again. I liked the big arse gun on the back of it :)
More favorite would have to be the Sovereign class, mostly because I loved the "First Contact" movie, anything with the Borg is worthy of my attention :cool:

The refitted nebula is nice as well

I won't settle for less than the biggest, baddest, most heavily armed Federation ship I can get my hands on. For now, a Sovereign will do, until they come up with something better.

I hope it's possible to somehow get a ship from some race you meet when exploring. Have some completely different ship that way. ie when you're far out from known space you can befriend races and eventually they'd like you so much that there would be an opportunity to get their tech, first simple things and eventually a ship.

Well, if I go Federation it will probably be the Akira class. The more I've read about that ship the more interesting I find it.

If I go Klingon, then I'd like the K'vort BoP. I've always loved that ship since my time playing Birth of the Federation.

But overall, I would really love a D'deridex Warbird (C'mon Romulan Expansion :p)

The Constellation class. I like a lot of the designs from the period in between TMP time line and TNG timeline just because you don't really get to see them all that much.

Bird of Prey. No question the coolest ship ever made.....ever! Brel or K'Vort or some newer-bigger version. Wing Down Design is a MUST, though.

Followed by Promethias, Galaxy or Akira.

Well I know it is not exactly cannon, but from the game Klingon Acadamy the Insurrection would be my ship of choice. However, it probably wont be in the final version, so I would have to say K'vort and that new Raptor class for my goto ships. For PvE I would love to have a Vorcha, or even the next step up.

I have quite a few myself. When I was a kid I remember one year for Christmas my brothers and I got lots of StarTrek Toys such as the Romulan Warbird which I got and I loved the thing I also got the shuttle Craft that opened up and you could put the figures into it. My youngest brother got the Galaxy Class ship while my other younger brother got a Klingon Vor'cha Class ship. But I did get a bunch of little rubber/flex plastic Federation ships like the Excelsior class and Mirada Class. Now the point to this story is to show that I enjoy all of the ships but my most favorite like some have said is the

Excelsior class Akira class. I fell in love with the Akria after playing with it in one of the games for the Xbox 360 that allowed you to play though all the time frames of the show starting out with the NX-01. I was never a big fan of the Galaxy tho the Sovereign class looked smooth to me.

I'm not a huge fan of any other races ships none of them seemed to appeal to me example would the Cardassen ships.

I do like the BoP for Klingon's and I do like the Neg'var class that thing just looks plain mean. :p Those are my favorites I do look forward to seeing some unique designs the artiest come up with for the Klingon's in this game as long as it looks Klingon I'll be happy. :D

B'rel K-22 & K-22X, K'vort and Chuq'Beh class

B'rel standard K-22 and the K-22X having an additional set of disruptor banks like the K'vort but being B'rel size and the Chuq'Beh class same as the K'vort but having a arty disruptor cannon for long range :D

I really don't think they'll have all the variations but customization modules might make the stretch.

Second would be Vor'cha, who don't like that ship? Feds :eek:

I got to say that the Prometheus looks awesome and just sounds f-n killer.

The Defiant and Intrepid are also really nice.

Don't think Klingons have made a ship that has not made me want one.
