Heh, you mean the Galor class? It's Cardassian, not a playable faction. And that's the back of the ship.

Thanks, that sucks first cool looking ship i've seen in the screenshots and it's not playable figures.

There've been some speculations that the Cardassians are part of the Federaton by 2409, but no official info has been released about it.
i thought the horns were the front too lol, like the Vor'cha

Doubtful. First of all, the Cardassians have always been one of those crappy allies, great enemies kind of deal. Secondly, the devs have alluded as to Cardassians being a playable faction later on; meaning that they won't be part of the Federation. Also, in the PT2409, they refuse Federation aid.

Personally, I hope the cardassians are not at launch, and never become a player faction. Seeing cardassians serving aboard Federation, Klingon, or even Romulan starships, I am fine with, but I hope they remain an NPC faction. I just think the opportunity for story, especially involving the three other major powers, is huge. as each has had a major hand in the current status of Cardassia, and each has a vested interested in what happens there.

The Cardassians are not a faction that will be playable at launch. While they are not a faction does not mean that you cannot make a cardassian character. But, you will not be able to command cardassian vessels unti lthey become a faction.

But i belive i read some place that you may also become a Privateer? Then you may be able to purchase that ship or other ships not being used as military style

The Devs did, at launch anyway. Only the Federation and Klingon FACTIONS will be playable at launch.

But i belive i read some place that you may also become a Privateer?
If you did read that, someone was lying. The Devs have stated that you will NOT be able to be a "nuetral" faction, you will have to choose between Federation and Klingon(at launch).
