Since a LOT of people are eager to bring us this useless news these days, and, believing them, the search function never finds anything about it:
The release date which gamestop sets in its page isn't official. Until now neither cryptic nor Atari has stated any release date, and before that, there is no official release date.

I hope, that now anybody hiw searches for it will find that the release date set by gamestop (which would be 01/26/2010) is NOT official. And highly discussed on these forums already!
