Your two primary questions have been answered. As to your iimplied topic starter question: naDev maH {We are here}...

Not too much has really been revealed about the Klingon Faction to this point. Thus most of the Klingon discussions tend to be theorhetical--in terms of in game elements--and somewhat anticipational, in terms of how the various Klingon fleets (clans/guilds) will be organized.

There are, however, quite a few fleets organizing and interacting as we wait for more info on the game. Check out the thread on fleet registration for a full list of intended Klingon fleets and contact info for them.

Just wanted to say Welcome back to the forums.

On a side note, this is another example of how the STO site is not well organized and user friendly. More support for Rekhan's efforts to get the main site redesigned to better present the information abou the game.
