Since we will all be granted "Special Envoy" status, what titles should we expect down the road? As long as they are entertaining I wouldn't mind working to attain them.

Title: Coward...... title for spending less than 2 hours a week in the neutral zone.
Title: Microsoft.....title voted by players complaining that someone owns the market and is overcharging for services.
Title: Pro...title awarded to me because well.....PRO!!!!

Title: Explorer.... Title given to those who engage in less then 30 min. of combat a week.
Title: Voyager.... Title given to those who haven't returned to known, explored space in over a week.
Title: Ambassador.... Title given to those who manage to get 10 or more planets to join the Federation.
Title: Redshirt.... Title given to those who die 43 times in a single login session. (43 being the number of redshirts who died in TOS)

Title: The Ignored....Given to the person who is being ignored by the most ammount of people in game.....(most likely becuase of accuiring the title Chataholic)

Title: Unimaginative... Awarded to players who create fleet, ship, or character names based on Star Trek or in-game names. Other possible title names: Re-packager, Copycat, Bill Gates.
More serious:
Title: Superintendant... The title of newbie helpers (either players or staff, whoever is assigned the role should there be such a role).
Title: Miracle Worker... Awarded to players who invent or discover X number of engineering feats within Y amount of time.
Title: Scientific Prodigy... Awarded to players who invent or discover X number of science feats within Y amount of time.
Title: Doctor... Awarded to players who invent or discover X number of medical feats within Y amount of time.
EDIT: If science and medical are combined, then the title should be Scientific Genius or Researcher.

Title: Grandmaster Strategist... Awarded to players who invent or discover X number of tactical feats within Y amount of time, if such is possible.
Title: Grandmaster Tactician... Awarded to players who destroy X number of enemy ships within Y amount of time.
Title: <Nth level> Strategema Grandmaster... Awarded to players who master the Nth difficulty level of in-game Strategema, if it is offered in-game, by defeating X number of opponents within the same difficulty level.

Title: Constable.... Successfully complete 20 missions where you arrest people.
Title: Chief.... Repair 90% of ship hull damage during a battle.
Title: Trader.... Successfully complete 20 cargo delivery runs.
Title: Dangerous Trader.... Successfully complete 20 cargo delivery runs that involve combat and the destruction of at least one vessel.
Title: Crafter.... Create 10 unique upgrades that are used to improve your ship.
Title: Master Crafter.... Create 20 unique upgrades that are used to improve your ship and 10 that are transfered to another person's ship.
Title: Interstellar Man/Woman of Mystery.... Go undercover for your faction and perform missions until you discover and bring back 10 or more pieces of classified information.

The more I think about it the more I don't care about titles. In WoW I had lots of titles but I always stuck with the lowest... Grunt.

Kamikaze A ramming fanatic
Blaster Someone who uses practically no torpedoes
Brawler For nearly always fighting at breakneck close range
Egghead For always using alien/advanced instruments to solve encounters
Saint For ship captains that always rush to aid when called
