Did you know that Tuvok surved on the enterprise B? don't belive me? go watch Star trek : generations betwen the 8:50 - 9:15 minute mark you can see him, he even has a line, but i'm not sure if he's a vulcan in this film or not :P
EDIT: he's not vulcan, he's human you get a better look at him at the 11:20 mark.

No, the actor , Tim Russ, that plays Tuvok was in the roll, the character is human. In an episode of Voyager Tuvok was backfilled to be that character.
A bit of trivia: Tim Russ would've played Geordi LaForge if LeVar Burton hadn't accepted the roll.
