so i was thinking about ship interiors and how we be able to interact with our crew and after awail they will be saying the same old lines, "Hello Captain"
but what if cryptic give us control over their dialog!
We be able to create back ground and storelines for each member of the crew. on a rp stand point you can go as far as to invite your friends over and have a murder mystery night or scavenger hunt.
just an idea.

I'll be honest, I too was think about relationship in my ship. The Ship Doctor hates the Engineer captain because he once punched him in the head... etc. But I think it'll probably be left mostly in our heads.

With the bridge crew maybe, but if your thinking about for the whole crew.
You do know some starships can hold up to 200 or more crew.

Seems like a good idea but like they said it would take hard programming and the game would be released even later not like I don't want everything to be perfect, it just would take longer to do. I like the idea though!

its not that hard, randomized 10-20 greeting statements from crew every time you pass them, with 1-3 customized ones. however, i doubt we will be seeing our crew on social walks for a loonnnggggggg time.
