Anyone remember the game Escape Velocity? Waaaay, way back in the day, my cousin and I would build our little ship up, arm it, equip it, upgrade it, and explore, fight pirates, set up trade routes, etc. That game is basically what brought me to looking into STO, and I'm really liking what I see so far in that regard.
What kinds of games have you guys played that you wish STO could at least touch on?

Curse you Captain Hector! Yeah, I loved escape velocity with a passion. It was great: Faced paced combat, total ship customization, actual commodities trading, space pirates... the works! It was so much fun buying a frigate and shipping huge amounts of cargo through pirate infested territories for massive profit, or skulking around in a tiny scout craft hoping that the Rebels and the Federation would leave a derelict military vessel after their confrontations floating out there for me to capture!
I have long wished for an Escape Velocity MMO, EVE was just too slow for my tastes.
