Race specific bridge crew?

Has anything been said about how customizable the bridge crew are...
I've read what the devs have said in interviews but i want to know whether you get to choose race of bridge crew members. DS9 threw somewhat of a spanner in the works of racial diversity in the episode where Sisko meets his academy nemesis, who was Vulcan and chose an all Vulcan crew.. I wanted to know whether this is an option in STO, but not just vulcans obviously.. Can we choose to employ bridge crew that are all the same race. ?

I can't see why not.

No humans allowed on my bridge, only blueskins (Bolians and Andorians) :P

you can change their race and get their skills up and send them on away missions that is all i know oh and you can recruit new races from other planets

I don't see why you couldn't make your bridge crew all of a certain race or a specific mix, if you wanted to go for a specific theme (Such as an all-Andorian crew :p).
