Nuts to Bolts - I am betting that they will release STO within 3 months of the movies release!

My Logic:
A) They have an internal server they are running ... Employee's & Friends from the whole company are currently playing. "I am just wondering who I need to send a winning lottery ticket too, to become their friend."
B) Paramount has been notoriously retrictive in the past, and are very direct in what they want a company to do/not to do in regards to their Flagship IP.
C) It really isn't logic and just wishfull thinking.

P.S. I was an actual beta tester for Perpetual in the now defunct Gods and Hero's. Since we were doing such a wonderfull job testing GnH, we were all invited to the STO beta. Anyone want to give me sympathy, and let me into Cryptic's version? /shamefully begging!/

The movie comes out in about a month. The game hasnt even entered Beta yet. Its going to be longer than 3 months after the movie.

Yea I know it makes sense to release the game along with the movie. But its not going to happen. Maybe by the time the movie comes out on DVD.

Ok I am as optomistic about this game as the next man, and more so than some about the release date.(just look at some of my posts.)

But even if they Beta STO entirely in house(which is not unheard of but is unlikely),from what we have been told (and it aint much brother) there is still months of work to do. so IMO we wont see it before Oct at the earliest.

Still heres hopeing you are right and we get it A.S.A.P:)

Best guess, the movie will have a trailer for the game in it....oct, nov, early dec for christmas is best release date

Darn it! I only know insiders in Blizzard! Stupid guaranteed Diablo 3 and Starcraft II Beta invites! I'd very much trade them for a spot in Cryptic's Beta... Stupid brother goes to stupid church with several stupid Blizzard employees and they've stupid offered him and me stupid beta invites.

Cruel world, just when i started not caring about Blizzard too. Stupid brother needs to find some Cryptic friends. XP
