What unimatrix?
And federation starbases are sometimes built on asteroids. So why not next to them

to me it would look like part of a Nacelle, but then I would ask where the rest of the ship is, you'd expect to see part of the other one. Unless its a ship that only has one.OR its debris from a ship that got blown to bits and the Nacelle is just floating around to confuse people who don't see the whole thing :p
