nah just start where he actualy talks about the game :) Thats all anyone is interested in. there is plenty of sites that offer history of cryptic and the other company

Er, I'd sort of hope that any transcript would be complete. For somebody to work his way up to being the lead producer on a hugely anticipated game like Star Trek Online, as Craig Zinkievich has, is tough. It's just being respectful to him to include any bit where he gets to mention the professional experience that got him to this point in his career.
Just my two cents there, of course.

The problem is beginning of the audio is missing and its about the history of the company not him really and we already got his history on our website that was from meet the team that was posted here :)

If audio is missing, I don't see how anyone could be expected to transcribe it. ;)

Just the first 10 secs is missing according to STO that recordered it. The most important thing on there was the questions and answered that was all put in the audio none of that was missing
The history stuff we heard plenty of times.
