Trial?

After seeing the trailer for the Character Creator I got thinking.

What if Cryptic were to release a stand-alone trial version of the creator for everyone who will die if they don't get anything to do for the next god knows how many months. Please Cryptic do this for us.

I doubt they've even got close to finishing the character creator. I could be wrong but I'd imagine they're still working on it. I hope it comes but I don't think I've seen a GOOD one come much before release.

The best I could think of is Spore's trial that came out before release. FFXI had one too but their customization was horrid and it was just a Flash program.

The graphics on the video looked awesome so if Cryptic is not finished with it then they only need to update the user interface so it is workable by dullards (no names mentioned) and release it as a stand alone program.

Aside from tha fact that this topic has several threads now (some before and after we saw the video), all I can say is "no thank you." I am content with my imagination being able to interpolate what I did not see...I will gladly, and patiently, wait for release to play "Barbie."

My Imagination will be drained enough over the next few months thanks so I think I will stay with my idea.

Yes please, and allow us to transfer whatever we create directly to the game when we get it. :D
