if since it says that everyone is a capt of their first ship, they should at least have like a log system it would be cool to have though.

I would love to see Ship / Captains logs, especially that other players could read. I think this would contribute to role playing, and would provide us players with a good way to see who a good Trek role player is vs a l33t dewd.

They most likely will have both, if you watch the video for the star trek con, they say something about it in there I believe.
