Most of the characters we are familiar with will have passed away from old age by 2409. Still, there are a few that could turn up.

An ancient, but still alive Spock. Following this, Saavik should still be around as she is considerably younger than Spock.

Odo. I don't know what the average longevity is for shape shifters, but I get the impression its significantly longer than human.

Q - I'm hoping there is some way to get John DeLancy to do some voice work in game as Q, or at least use his likeness as the character.

In one episode, when Odo was talking to the female changling, she said that he and the other changlings that had been sent out weren't expected back at the founder's homeworld for at least another 200 years.

Maybe they could pull some younger chracters from old shows to play more important roles in the future, like Nog, Naiomi Wildman, Alexander son of Worf, Tom and B'lana's daughter? Maybe not even as Captains, but with roles for certain plots.

According to The Visitor,Nog makes captain in around 2422.
but at the rate he goes up ranks,i wouldn't be surprised if he made Captain by 2409.

Also, some form of Dax(possibly still Ezri) should be around too.

Grand Nagus Zek seemed pretty old, so Rom might still be Grand Nagus.

I was just watching some Voyager episodes.

Icheb the saved brone drone boy and Naomi WIldman (first child born on Voyager) could be Captains. In one episode based on Warps in space time continums (Um ... yeah that's specific) they're dressed in Starfleet uniforms.

I'll admit that it's a bit "odd" looking but it's still an awesome ship. However, if they're already at "J" then whoever took over from Picard needs sacking. I mean "E,F,G,H,I". How can you lose 5 ships in such a short length of time?

How about Tuvok, Harry Kim, with the Federation. Now for someone no-one has thought about... The return of.....Captain TORAL DURASS (Klingon Federation) IKS Bortas (Toq and Ba'el (the half Klingon/Romulan) from the episode "Birthright II" in TNG's 6th season.

Imagine that Toral Durass (under an alias, serves on a Klingon Cruiser and makes several allies. Then kills the Captain thus taking control of the ship and only after gathering enough allies does he reveal his true identity) Now what possibilities are there?

Gather the forces of Good (Captain Toq, Tactical Officer Alexander, and Helms"person" Ba'el) to ally with to resolve such issues.

That would be a COOL and FUN Klingon encounter.

Just kidding, but the Enterprise usually gets stuck in the middle of the most messed up situations...what would be a disgrace is having 5 captains for the Enterprise in 30 years.

Some of the characters from the New Frontier series are actually canon characters, Selar, Lefler, Shelby, and I think Soleta was on the Enterprise as well. I'm not sure but Kebron may have been mentioned in TNG since he was Worf's roommate at the acadamy.

That being said, I want a Brikar as my security chief.

I loved the Elite Force games! That would be an awesome Cameo! Also the books from SFCE were great. Great idea! I would also like to see a contest where they turn one of us Fan-Boys into a NPC!
