Romulans will be available ony in expansion....too far (and painfull) to consider them now :D

It really depends on how they enforce the playing different factions policies. I would rather be Romulan period. Since they aren't available at lauch I will be a Federation.

When the expansion comes, and if Romulans are included (as predicted), then I'll be giving them a try. Just because I usually played Romulans in my old Star Fleet Battles days. Unless Cryptic totally borks the cloaking device.

the Excelsior class will most likely NOT be in the game ..... it was already pushing 90+ years by Nemesis, so add another 30+ years on that and they would have been retired by now. I think we wont see any TOS/TMP era ships, unless time travel is involved.
as for the topic at hand, i am waiting patiently for my Romulan Captian and the Valdore Class warbird he'll be flying.
